Earlier this month we broke the news about Spruce, the skin care acne smartphone app. Today we are on the same track and want to introduce to you The Acne Mentor, a newly launched online skin health coaching website.
Well how does the coaching work? First you would need to fill out some background questions. These questions may be lifestyle questions like do you exercise, how is your daily diet, what skin and hair care products do you use, and if you are sensitive or allergic to anything. Having all these questions answered, your Acne Mentor skin coach would then figure out a complete plan for you starting from modifications in your diet to suggestions on how to improve your skin care routine and health.
Skin Coaching sessions can be scheduled online and your first 45-minute $175 appointment can be done via video or telephone or in person at Crystal Clear Acne Clinic in Fredericksburg, Virgina. Price seems kind of expensive but at least you get a full set of recommended skincare products to use. If you just want skin care advice, a session would cost $75.
Similar to the Spruce app, The Acne Mentor sounds like an online dermatologist who can service you via email, telephone, and/or video. Skin care health is now at your fingertips.
